Drink Recipe
THE VIRGINIA WOODS
- 2oz bourbon
- 1/4 tsp matcha powder
- 1.5oz honey syrup
- 1oz lemon juice
- 2-4 drops Liquid Smoke (to taste)
- 1-2 dashes Peychaud’s bitters
- Combine all in a shaker tin with ice.
- Shake well
- Pour into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
