Drink pairing: Irish Old-Fashioned
- 2 oz Irish Whiskey
- 1 tsp simple syrup or 1 sugar cube
- 2 dashes angostura bitters
- Orange peel
- Stir whiskey, sugar or syrup, and bitters together in a mixing glass with ice
- Strain into a rocks glass with a large ice cube
- Express orange peel over the top and garnish with the orange peel
