Drink Pairing:
Literary Long Island
- ½ oz vodka
- ½ oz white rum
- ½ oz gin
- ½ oz tequila
- ½ oz triple sec or other orange liqueur
- ½ oz simple syrup (optional – depending on how sweet your orange liqueur is)
- ½ oz lemon juice
- 1 oz cola, or to taste
- Optional: 1 lemon slice, for garnish
- Stir all except cola together in a highball glass filled with ice.
- Top with cola and stir again gently.
- Optional: Garnish with a lemon slice.
