Drink Pairing:
Elevated “Crown and Peach” Sour

• 1oz Bourbon
• 1.5oz Apricot Liqueur
• .75oz Maple Syrup
• 1.25oz Lemon
• Dash Walnut Bitters
• Egg white

1. Dry shake everything in a shaker without ice for about 10-15 seconds.
2. Add ice to shaker, shake again just until condensation forms on the tin.
3. Strain into a coupe or sour glass.
4. Garnish with a few drops angostura bitters and a cocktail cherry.
