Drink Recipe: Modified Iceberg
- 2oz vodka
- .75oz lemon juice
- 1oz simple syrup
- 1 Dash absinthe
- 1 Dash celery or savory bitters (can also use angostura)
- Up to 1/8tsp salt (a little less ideally)
- 2oz Seltzer
- Shake all but seltzer with ice in cocktail shaker
- Pour into highball full of ice
- Top with seltzer and give a quick, small stir
